What’s does the pre-wedding consultation involve?
This is a good way to have an informal chat about your exciting day. We will discuss your venue, possible timings and important shots you would like. If you’re fairly local, then I suggest we meet in person, maybe over a cuppa or glass of vino. If it’s not possible to meet, lets Skype or chat over the phone!
How many images will we receive?
I try not to put a number on it, as each wedding varies, depending on how many locations are involved, and the number of guests. A minimum for a short day, would be 250+ images, and for a full day 500+.
How will I receive my images and how long will it take?
You will be able to view a sneak peak of your day within a week on the blog, followed by your secure password protected gallery in 3-4 weeks. I will post out your low & high resolution images around the same time.
Do you design wedding albums?
Yes, I do offer fine art wedding albums. This will be an additional package.
Will you travel?
Sure! I love the opportunity to add different areas and locations to my portfolio. Any location that is over a 2 hour distance, will require an additional cost for overnight stay.
But what if our wedding’s abroad?
I would jump at the chance to photograph your wedding abroad. As an additional cost, I will ask you to cover flights, accommodation and food.
Are you insured?
I don’t like having my photo taken!
Neither do I! I won’t except you to do anything you’re uncomfortable with. I will just be there to record your day, and when it comes to couple shots, I will ask you just to talk amongst yourselves- my aim is for you to forget about the camera!
How do we book?
If you’re happy to go ahead and book, then yay! In order to secure your date, I do ask for a 25% non-refundable, along with a signed contract. The rest of the balance is due a month before your wedding day!
What if you’re sick?
It would take a lot for me to not be able to make it to your day, like I can’t move, kind of illness! If, in the unlikely event this happens, I will do my best to find another photographer for you.
