Rangefinder Rising Stars 2021

I can’t believe it, reality hasn’t sunken in that I was named one of Range Finders Rising Stars 2021! This is something I’ve always looked up to for inspiration and I could only dream of maybe one day being nominated. To have made the list is really a dream come true.

I don’t think I will ever forget the evening I found out I had made the list. The whole day I was full of nerves and felt like I was checking my emails every 5 minutes. When I saw an email with the “The judges have made their decision” It took me a while to open it. All sorts of emotions were running through my head. I decided to have a glass of wine before opening the email as either way, I knew I would need it. When I read, “You are part of the Rangefinder 30 Rising Stars of Wedding Photography this year! “, I jumped up and down crying. I had to re-read over and over as I couldn’t believe it. Surely they had made a mistake?!!

It’s been an incredible journey. I started my business when I was pregnant with my youngest Florrie back in late 2017/2018 not really knowing what direction or where I was going to go with it. The last 3 years have been an incredible journey and a whirlwind.  I have learnt a lot and still have a lot of growth, but it’s all made possible from the amazing couples who have believed in me and have let me in to capture their moments. 

Congratulations to all the incredible 29 who also made the list, it’s an honour to be on it.
